About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, data, and infrastructure roles. You will partner with hiring managers, develop targeted sourcing strategies, engage and close technical candidates, optimize interview processes, and report metrics to improve recruiting decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience developing recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives
- Established network in the technology industry
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs
- Experience using recruiting metrics and data to improve processes
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
