About the Role
You will lead end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles. You will develop recruiting plans, source candidates, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring leaders, improve hiring processes using metrics, and coach hiring managers on recruiting practices and interviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with GTM exposure
- Stakeholder management skills
- Experience building recruiting frameworks and coaching teams
- Recruiting data analysis skills
- Knowledge of recruiting metrics and data integrity
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles
- Develop strategic recruiting plans, competitive mapping, sourcing, and talent pipelines
- Partner with GTM leadership on priorities, team structures, and candidate profiles
- Create candidate experiences
- Design scalable recruiting processes
- Track recruiting metrics and optimize processes
- Coach hiring managers on recruiting and interviewing practices
