About the Role

You'll be Meow's first hire on the ground in Asia. You'll spend your first two months in New York City learning the product, the pitch, and how the team wins, then head to Singapore or Hong Kong to build pipeline from scratch in one of the most important crypto regions on earth. You won't be handed a playbook, you'll be writing it. You'll work the conference and event circuit, turn handshakes into meetings, ask for intros the smart way through trusted relationships, run discovery calls, and pitch Meow to skeptical, sharp crypto buyers who care about trust and social proof. You'll also feed what you learn back to the team in New York so the pitch keeps improving.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years in sales or BD with quota carried and hit
  • Understanding of finance and crypto, able to explain stablecoins, yield, and FDIC insurance
  • Hungry, self-driven mindset
  • Well connected or able to build a network fast and thoughtfully
  • Comfortable being the only Meow person in the room

Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline from zero across Singapore, Hong Kong, and the wider APAC crypto scene
  • Work the conference and event circuit, showing up and following up
  • Turn handshakes into meetings
  • Ask for intros through trusted warm paths rather than cold DMs
  • Run discovery calls and pitch Meow to skeptical, sharp crypto buyers
  • Feed learnings back to the team in New York to sharpen the pitch
