Build and scale MeisterMatch, an AI-native recruiter addressing Germany's skilled-trades labor shortage. Lead conversational AI agents, qualification mapping, team building, enterprise customer acquisition, venture fundraising, and development of a defensible talent network.
Requirements
- Experienced founder or builder capable of operating from zero to one in HR-tech or marketplaces
- Unique insight into the German Mittelstand or skilled-trades sector
- Proven ability to build teams, attract enterprise customers, and raise venture funding
- Strong product and technology instincts for conversational AI and qualification mapping
- Vision for engaging a mobile-first, non-desk workforce
- High IQ and EQ
- Deep understanding of the German market and fluent German language skills
- Evidence of thriving in ambiguity and building defensible network effects
