About the Role
You develop and execute the country strategy across sales, customer delivery, KPI setting, and hiring. You build the B2B sales pipeline, lead strategic account interactions, hire the founding country team, prioritize events, represent the business in media, develop partner collaborations, and drive major initiatives in Spain.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects
- Background in consulting and sales
- Expertise deploying technical products or solutions to enterprises
- Ability to build and scale high-performing teams
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Native fluency in the local language
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the country strategy
- Design the B2B sales pipeline
