About the Role
Lead ElevenLabs' Switzerland operations by developing country strategy, driving sales and customer delivery, building the founding team, managing strategic accounts, and advancing partnerships, events, media, and major initiatives.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects.
- Background in consulting and sales.
- Expertise deploying technical products or solutions to enterprises.
- Owner mentality with a hands-on, self-starting approach.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
- Swiss German fluency preferred.
- French fluency is a strong plus.
- Strong English communication skills required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the country strategy across sales, customer delivery, KPI setting, and hiring.
- Design the B2B sales pipeline and lead interactions with strategic enterprise accounts.
- Hire the founding country team for sales and technical implementations.
- Define event priorities and brand awareness investments.
- Represent ElevenLabs at events and in media appearances.
- Develop partner collaborations and sales opportunities.
- Drive major initiatives and strategic bets in Switzerland.
