About the Role
Lead the overall UK strategy and deliverables, build sales and implementation teams, manage strategic enterprise accounts, develop partnerships, represent ElevenLabs publicly, and drive major UK initiatives.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects
- Background in consulting and sales
- Deep expertise in deploying technical products or solutions to enterprises
- Owner mentality with a hands-on, self-starting approach
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and scale high-performing teams
- Established professional network across the UK enterprise and B2B landscape
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the UK country strategy
- Design the B2B sales pipeline and lead interactions with the top 30 strategic accounts
- Hire the founding country sales and implementation team
- Define event priorities and brand-awareness investments
- Represent ElevenLabs at events and in media appearances
- Develop partner collaborations and sales opportunities
- Drive major initiatives in the UK
