About the Role

You will shape and build international and cross-border payment strategy. You will expand partnerships with banks, fintechs, and card networks to support cards, payments, and treasury products globally. You will manage partnership deals from partner evaluation through negotiation, approvals, launch, and ongoing growth. You will work with product, engineering, legal, risk, compliance, marketing, and finance stakeholders to introduce payment rails, enter markets, define success metrics, and develop new financial offerings.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, investing, banking, or product management.
  • Experience in payments, treasury, or banking focused on international or cross-border payments.
  • Communication, structured thinking, organization, and product sense.
  • Negotiation skills focused on driving partner value.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
  • Experience in high-growth startups.
  • Experience with service partner or systems integration go-to-market motions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full partnership deal process, including partner evaluation, commercial negotiations, internal alignment, regulatory approvals, and go-to-market support.
  • Navigate compliance and regulatory frameworks for new payment rails and markets with legal support, bank partners, and regulators.
  • Define partnership KPIs and growth targets with the product team.
  • Develop new product offerings with partners to unlock business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contract amendments and renewals as partnerships evolve.
