About the Role
You will maintain financial models, manage headcount planning and budget tracking, and flag variances. You will build sales-capacity and pipeline-generation models, support pricing analysis, prepare close reporting and KPI dashboards, and help implement a financial planning platform to replace spreadsheet-based planning.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of FP&A experience
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel
- Experience with headcount planning and cross-functional budget management
- Experience working with GTM data and partnering with RevOps or Sales Finance
- Ability to apply AI tools, including Claude, to automate workflows and improve analysis
Responsibilities
- Maintain the company financial model with a focus on headcount planning
- Manage headcount requests and approvals with HR, Recruiting, and department leads
- Track budgets and proactively flag variances
- Own sales and pipeline-generation capacity planning models
- Support pricing analysis and maintain the deal desk pricing and cost model
- Prepare month-end and quarter-end close reporting packages
- Build KPI dashboards and communicate insights to leadership
- Implement a financial planning solution and migrate planning processes from Excel
