About the Role
You will build and lead the finance function, owning forecasting, financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation. You will monitor performance, manage treasury and cash flow, lead headcount planning, partner across functions, and prepare board and fundraising materials.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking
- Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI technology company
- Experience building or leading a finance function

Responsibilities
- Manage forecasting, financial planning, capital allocation, and quarterly and annual planning
- Set budgets and financial principles across the organization
- Monitor KPIs and performance and build dashboards
- Lead headcount planning and hiring prioritization
- Manage treasury strategy, cash flow, and capital structure
- Partner with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations on data-driven decisions
- Create board materials and support fundraising processes
