About the Role
You will work directly with enterprise customers in meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand technical challenges and provide effective AI solutions. You will collaborate with sales operations and product teams, communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and bring customer feedback into product improvements.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of relevant customer-facing technical enterprise experience
- Demonstrate expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
- Have experience with embedded systems, FPGA architecture, or AI accelerators
- Understand data center and server architecture, deployment, thermal and power considerations, and infrastructure management
