About the Role
You will lead the global facilities roadmap, including site strategy, space planning, budgeting, office openings, buildouts, relocations, and vendor management. You will manage regional office managers, establish scalable workplace frameworks, oversee compliance, and partner with stakeholders on workplace experience and major projects.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of facilities or workplace strategy experience
- Experience managing a multi-site office portfolio
- Experience building and scaling workplace strategy with business growth
- Project management experience for complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Experience managing and coaching office managers or similar direct reports
- Experience negotiating leases, vendor contracts, and master service agreements
Responsibilities
- Lead space planning and site strategy for office openings, expansions, and consolidations
- Partner on lease negotiations, site selection, and capital planning
- Manage and mentor regional office managers
- Build scalable facilities playbooks, vendor standards, and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with local labor, safety, and building regulations
- Serve as the escalation point for cross-regional facilities issues
- Develop and manage facilities budgets and operational costs
- Lead office buildouts, relocations, and new-market entries
- Partner on workplace experiences for employees and visitors
