About the Role
You will establish and operate executive-escalation processes. You will triage and resolve high-stakes issues, brief internal stakeholders, produce post-escalation reports, and identify patterns that inform product and policy improvements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in escalation management, trust and safety operations, customer support, or a related front-line operations role
- Experience running incidents or escalations
- Written communication skills
- Judgment under pressure
- Cross-functional coordination and influence
- Pattern detection
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and/or experience
Responsibilities
- Build escalation playbooks, criteria, tooling solutions, and SOPs
- Own executive escalations end-to-end during coverage hours
- Brief executives and provide communications partners with accurate incident information
- Write post-escalation reports and recommend improvements
- Lead recurring escalation-insights forums and drive resulting product and policy changes
