About the Role
You will partner with senior VPs to design leadership operations, improve decision-making processes, manage complex calendars and travel, and lead major corporate programs. You will use Google Workspace and AI-assisted workflows to automate administrative work, coordinate stakeholders, manage vendors and budgets, and mentor administrative partners.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of executive business partnership experience supporting senior VP-level leaders
- Experience in a fast-moving technology or international corporate environment
- Knowledge of procurement, expense management, compliance frameworks, and internal processes
- Mastery of Google Workspace
- Experience using generative AI tools such as Gemini
- Ability to manage large-scale cross-functional projects and executive support simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Architect executive operations, meeting cadences, and decision-making frameworks
- Act as a liaison between leadership and Finance, People, Legal, and Communications
- Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and routine communications
- Lead corporate initiatives, culture projects, and global offsites
- Manage vendors and program budgets
- Establish administrative best practices and mentor administrative partners
- Use AI-assisted workflows to streamline administrative work
