About the Role

You will provide comprehensive support to the COO, including calendar management, travel coordination, expenses, meeting preparation, and follow-up. You will coordinate communications, priorities, meetings, and operating rhythms across the COO organization. You will prepare decks and briefing materials, coordinate onsite executive logistics, handle confidential information, improve workflows and communication hubs, and work with executive assistants and cross-functional stakeholders to keep priorities on track.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant or similar experience
  • Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environment
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and judgment in handling confidential information
  • Experience using Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and related collaboration tools
  • Ability to be onsite regularly in the Mountain View office

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the COO, including calendar management, travel coordination, expenses, meeting preparation, and follow-up
  • Coordinate priorities, meetings, communications, and operating rhythms across the COO organization
  • Manage communication flow on behalf of the COO
  • Prepare decks, briefing notes, agendas, and supporting documents
  • Coordinate onsite logistics, visitor support, and executive meeting needs
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Help the COO manage priorities and use time effectively
  • Build and improve workflows and communication hubs
  • Partner with executive assistants and cross-functional stakeholders
