About the Role
You will support a Vice President and Director by coordinating calendars across international time zones, arranging travel, managing expenses and meeting requests, maintaining records, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. You may also cover other executive staff and handle confidential information.
Requirements
- 6+ years of executive administrative experience in a global software organization.
- Gmail and Google Calendar experience.
- Native-level Korean fluency.
- Professional working English proficiency.
- Organizational, time-management, prioritization, and process skills.
- Relationship management skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adjust schedules for supported time zones.
- Ability to communicate with senior leaders and external partners.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and organize meetings across international time zones.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and forward-looking executive calendars.
- Prioritize calendars and schedule meetings promptly.
- Submit invoices and expenses.
- Act as the primary contact for meeting requests.
- Maintain records of meeting requests and close requests promptly.
- Ensure meeting invitations include appropriate details.
- Provide coverage for other executive staff when needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate with other organizations to promote communication and collaboration.
