About the Role
You will select Premium Agency outlets, secure approvals and landlord permissions, coordinate vendors and construction plans, inspect and hand over completed facilities, appoint security providers, arrange insurance coverage, and maintain outlet standards.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English
- Fluency in Lingala is a strong advantage
- Kikongo proficiency is a plus
- Understanding of agency construction and build-out
- An established network of service providers
Responsibilities
- Assess and select Premium Agency outlets
- Gather premises requirements and secure internal approval
- Negotiate landlord authorization for onsite operations
- Set up Premium Outlets to required standards
- Identify and engage construction vendors
- Share statements of work and build plans with vendors
- Negotiate vendor pricing and delivery timelines
- Inspect completed premises and hand them over to the Liquidity team
- Appoint security companies for Premium Agencies
- Add Premium Agencies to the insurance policy
- Maintain outlets to minimum standards
- Monitor installed material quality and arrange fixes
