About the Role
Ensure the trading platform runs fast and reliably, support algorithmic trading execution, troubleshoot low-latency systems, coordinate recovery, integrate new features into production, lead automation and optimization projects, build dashboards linking technical metrics to business KPIs, and uphold market integrity with Finance, Risk, Legal and Compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in trading operations or trade support management within digital assets, FinTech or electronic trading
- Strong understanding of trading, market structure and the full order lifecycle
- Experience in FX, equities or derivatives is a plus
- Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting complex cloud-based electronic trading systems
- Proficiency with FIX, APIs and market data infrastructure
- Familiarity with risk management, digital asset custody, KYC/AML and cybersecurity best practices
- Strong critical thinking and a data-driven approach
Responsibilities
- Ensure trading platform performance and provide high-quality institutional client support
- Support trading algorithm execution and maintain low-latency trading paths
- Liaise between sales, clients, product and engineering to integrate new products and features
- Lead automation and optimization projects to improve workflows and reduce risk
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports linking technical metrics to business KPIs
- Coordinate with Finance, Risk, Legal and Compliance to maintain market governance and integrity
