About the Role

You will analyze system-performance data, support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and collaborate on performance-improvement plans. You will track KPIs and operating metrics, contribute to initiatives that address recurring challenges, and develop AI-enabled dashboards that turn performance data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business, data analytics, engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to handle and interpret large data sets accurately.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
• Communication and listening skills.
• Exposure to Python and SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets to identify system-performance improvement opportunities.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for performance issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and technology partners to implement performance-improvement plans.
• Contribute to improvement efforts across automated system areas.
• Build, track, and interpret KPIs and operating metrics.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to resolve recurring challenges and improve customer outcomes.
• Develop and maintain AI-enabled dashboards for performance insights.
