About the Role
You will manage customers from pre-contract engagement through pilots and conversion. You will lead developer onboarding and training, recommend product capabilities, resolve technical issues, analyze customer feedback, and turn insights into product improvements with engineering partners.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience with a technical background and customer-success focus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to learn new technologies and software development practices quickly
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in customer environments
- Data analysis skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Guide customers from pre-contract engagement through pilots and conversion
- Lead developer onboarding and training sessions
- Provide tailored product recommendations and feature access
