About the Role
You will partner with Account Executives and customer technical contacts to architect tailored solutions. You will deliver technical demonstrations, create enablement resources, build self-service tools and documentation, and identify reusable integration patterns for productization.
Requirements
- Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Proficiency in Python
- Software development knowledge
- Software architecture knowledge
- Knowledge of common integration patterns
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances
