About the Role
Drive solution sales for large merchants, from prospecting and proposals through contracting, onboarding, operational support, account growth, promotional consulting, upselling, and cross-functional service development.
Requirements
- B2B sales experience, especially selling to large enterprises or national clients
- Experience in related industries such as IT, web services, finance, or payment services
- Ability to identify issues independently and plan and execute solutions
- Experience using generative AI for customer proposals and business process efficiency
- Ability to communicate smoothly with diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills, including pivot tables, preferred
- Experience with financial products or payment-related services preferred
- Project leadership experience preferred
- Business-level English preferred
Responsibilities
- Acquire new large merchants and support implementation from proposal to launch
- Provide operational support for merchant onboarding, inquiries, and store management
- Plan and execute initiatives to increase PayPay payment usage share through sales data analysis and promotional consulting
- Upsell PayPay promotional and marketing services such as coupons, point services, PayPay My Store, and mini-app integrations
- Collaborate with product and marketing departments to drive service improvements and new development
- Lead projects involving internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals
