About the Role
You will own technical pre-sales for strategic accounts, scope use cases, demonstrate the platform, lead architecture reviews, and coordinate internal specialists. You will support post-sale handoff and expansion while sharing customer insights with Product leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales experience
- Experience leading strategic sales processes with $1M+ deals
- Experience building and presenting demonstrations
- Experience building relationships with C-suite executives and technical leaders
- Experience leading architecture, integration, and security discussions
- Ability to use AI tools in technical sales while ensuring accuracy
- Experience growing accounts and defining customer roadmaps
- Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent professional experience

- Learn strategic customers' businesses and priorities
- Own the end-to-end technical pre-sales process
- Scope customer use cases and articulate business value
- Design and deliver platform demonstrations
- Lead technical and architecture reviews
- Coordinate internal specialists and leadership
- Mentor Sales Engineers and create strategic-deal playbooks
- Support post-sale handoff, launch, and account expansion
- Share customer insights with Product leadership
