About the Role
You will understand team members’ strengths, staff them thoughtfully on projects, track performance, coordinate recruitment, own onboarding, prepare effective meetings, monitor objectives and key results, plan team co-locations, and coordinate alignment across organizational functions.
Responsibilities
- Assess team members’ strengths and staff them on projects based on geography, priorities, capacity and skills.
- Track team member performance with leads and collaborators.
- Coordinate recruitment and hiring with the internal Talent team.
- Own the onboarding process and provide new hires with the resources needed to ramp up.
- Prepare team meetings and coordinate with meeting leads.
- Prepare slides when needed.
- Improve the usefulness and effectiveness of team meetings.
- Track Enterprise Deployment OKRs and provide regular progress updates.
- Identify issues or gaps in OKR coverage early.
- Plan team co-locations.
- Act as liaison between the deployment team and other organizational functions.
