About the Role
You will run annual goal setting, planning rhythms, leadership programs, and internal communications for the Accounting organization. You will coordinate events, people programs, contractor operations, and knowledge management while tracking organizational health and improving cross-hub ways of working.
Requirements
- 7+ years of program management, operations, chief of staff, or strategy experience
- Experience running recurring programs end to end
- Clear, concise writing skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive people topics
- Experience supporting distributed or global teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
Responsibilities
- Run the annual goal-setting process and progress reporting
- Improve meetings, handoffs, planning cycles, and decision-making processes
- Maintain the organization-wide planning calendar
- Build and report organizational health metrics
- Run the extended leadership team program
- Plan the annual offsite and quarterly all-hands
- Write team newsletters and leadership communications
- Coordinate employee experience, training, survey, hub, and recognition programs
- Support contractor onboarding and tracking
- Maintain the wiki, org charts, role descriptions, process documentation, and team calendar
