About the Role

You will join a high growth company selling an award-winning product experiencing rapid adoption across all industry verticals. You will make a significant contribution to the company's growth and future success by driving new business sales into Corporate industry markets such as Life Sciences, Technology Media and Telecom, Professional Services, CPG, or Energy and Industrials. You'll take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working closely with the Product Specialist team, and helping shape product direction through client feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS sales, preferably focused on financial information and/or research solutions
  • Ability to articulate a repeatable sales process and activity that drives success
  • Strong work ethic and tenacity to consistently hit targets
  • Intellectual curiosity to uncover business challenges at all levels of an organization
  • Coachability and openness to feedback
  • Proficient communication skills to explain complex financial data to a non-financial audience, virtually via video, phone, or in writing
  • Knowledge of personas sold into, including Corporate Strategy, Market Intelligence, Business Development, M&A, and Investor Relations

Responsibilities

  • Cold call and prospect into corporate intelligence departments within Corporate vertical markets
  • Conduct frequent technical demonstrations for prospects
  • Research opportunities and initiate discussions with prospects
  • Build relationships with prospects and clients
  • Oversee product trials and ensure client commitment
  • Close new business deals end-to-end
  • Forecast accurately and develop pipeline to meet or exceed quota
  • Work closely with the Product Specialist team during trials to ensure client commitment and purchase
  • Gather and distribute product feedback from clients and prospects to sales and product teams
