About the Role
You'll lead regional Sales efforts across both public and private sectors to build an inclusive, sustainable, and tech-enabled framework for mobility. You'll get to be creative and entrepreneurial as you identify opportunities and generate new business in your own market. You'll build meaningful and durable revenue-generating relationships with a diverse group of prospective clients, from elected officials to private-sector business leaders, and you'll lead full-cycle Sales efforts across your territory. You'll use research and strong analytical skills to build compelling, data-driven business cases and demonstrate value across a range of verticals. You'll act as a thought partner to prospective clients, educating and consulting with them to develop regional transit plans and find funding mechanisms. You'll also champion the mission and technology as the face of the company by leading local marketing campaigns, speaking at conferences, and providing thought leadership in the mobility space.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of client facing experience with a record of achievement in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, or similar space
- Enjoys consultative sales processes and knows how to use data to build a compelling narrative
- Skilled and methodical researcher, attracted to complex problems, not afraid to jump into new environments
- Intuitive communicator in customer conversations, product presentations, and written proposals
- Superb commercial intuition and exceptional judgment in maximizing the value of a potential deal
- Reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality
- Excellent team player and mentor to others on the team
