About the Role
You will build and develop the core platform supporting AI products. You will balance hands-on coding with technical leadership, plan projects, collaborate with stakeholders, uphold code quality, and support engineers through hiring, onboarding, and mentorship.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in at least one web framework such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
- Proficiency in C#, Golang, and TypeScript
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems
- Experience building and leading engineering teams
- Experience working with Product, Design, and Business teams
- Knowledge of databases, caching mechanisms, and messaging systems
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to ship products end-to-end
- Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Remove obstacles so engineers can focus on building solutions
- Translate product vision into technical solutions with the Product team
- Ensure applications are performant, stable, and responsive
- Uphold code quality through reviews, testing, and automation
- Own the software development process from design through deployment
- Plan roadmaps, deadlines, and task allocation
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design stakeholders
- Support team growth through hiring, onboarding, and mentorship
