About the Role
You will lead end-to-end Avaloq architecture and solution design, translate business requirements into banking solutions, and guide Avaloq delivery squads. You will implement and optimise Avaloq solutions, oversee integrations, resolve complex incidents, mentor engineers, and support project planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Avaloq Core Banking Platform development experience
- Expertise in Avaloq architecture, functional modules, customization, parameterization, scripting, object modelling, workflows, and configuration frameworks
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills
- Experience leading Avaloq solution design and technical delivery
- Experience leading engineering teams or technology domains in banking, wealth management, or private banking
- Understanding of private banking products, wealth management processes, and core banking operations
- Stakeholder management skills
- Communication, mentoring, and coaching skills
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Avaloq architecture and solution design
- Lead Avaloq delivery squads and drive engineering excellence
- Design and implement solutions using Avaloq scripting, PL/SQL, object modelling, workflows, and extension frameworks
- Translate business requirements into Avaloq solutions
- Ensure alignment with architecture, security, risk, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee integration design across Avaloq and banking platforms
- Resolve complex incidents and improve production stability
- Perform Avaloq Core Banking Platform parameterization and customization
- Design, build, and maintain reusable code
- Provide technical expertise and support to stakeholders
- Mentor and coach team members
- Assist project and programme managers with planning and strategy
