About the Role
You will establish and govern technical and architectural standards across product development. You will guide teams from planning through implementation, support quality validation, manage architecture documentation, influence technical-debt planning, review application attributes, and lead vendor evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and six years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree and four years of relevant experience
- Experience designing and developing client-side and server-side web applications
- JavaScript MVC frameworks including AngularJS and Angular
- HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Node.js, Azure, AWS Cloud Services, Kubernetes, OAuth, and SAML
- Agile methodologies, Visual Studio, and SSMS
- Object-oriented design, SOLID principles, RESTful APIs, MVC, and Singleton design patterns
- TIBCO, Denodo Data Virtualization, SQL, stored procedures, and database triggers
- Confluence, draw.io, architecture documentation, and technical design reviews
Responsibilities
- Set, communicate, and govern technical standards throughout the product development organization
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture policies, standards, and patterns
- Influence technical-debt planning as part of product-roadmap planning
- Provide vision and leadership for establishing and managing the architecture discipline
- Maintain up-to-date product architecture documentation
- Review critical application attributes for accuracy
- Participate in agile sprint and system demos and recommend improvements
- Develop and oversee testing, validation, and documentation processes
- Lead and contribute to vendor evaluations
