About the Role
You will manage and coach Platform Engineers, drive the cloud-infrastructure roadmap, and oversee cloud cost efficiency. You will partner on security governance and compliance, balance resources and priorities, hire and grow the team, and contribute to software-organization operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager in software or developer operations.
- Experience balancing project work with support and operational load.
- Experience developing team members.
- Roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and cross-team alignment.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP at scale.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code such as Terraform.
- Familiarity with Linux and container orchestration such as Kubernetes.
