About the Role

You will lead and mentor solutions architects across enterprise AI engagements. You will oversee pre-sales technical work, develop account plans and value propositions, sponsor strategic customer relationships, influence product direction with customer feedback, architect secure AI solutions, and improve evaluation and proof-of-concept processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years in a customer-facing technical role
• 4+ years of management experience leading a pre-sales or solutions architecture team
• Experience leading and scaling a solutions architecture or sales engineering organization
• Knowledge of generative AI, large language models, machine learning, and cloud-native architectures
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and Python or similar scripting languages
• Experience managing AI or machine learning implementations, data pipelines, model deployment, security, and compliance
• Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of solutions architects
• Oversee pre-sales technical engagements, including use-case discovery and proof-of-concept execution
• Partner with sales and go-to-market teams on account plans and technical value propositions
• Serve as an executive technical sponsor for strategic accounts
• Gather market insights and customer feedback to influence the product roadmap
• Architect scalable and secure AI solutions for enterprise environments
• Improve customer evaluation and proof-of-concept processes
