About the Role
You will grow and lead product engineering teams, hire and develop engineers, define team charters, and deliver customer-facing initiatives. You will set engineering standards for architecture, code quality, release reliability, and data integrity, mentor managers, and coordinate planning and delivery with product, design, and clinical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience hiring at least seven engineers
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years managing engineers
- Experience building and scaling distributed systems
- Experience shipping backend and full-stack SaaS features
- Product collaboration experience with product management and design
Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and develop engineers
- Design team charters, rituals, and scopes of responsibility
- Deliver customer-facing product initiatives
- Mentor engineering managers and technical leads
- Set standards for architecture, code quality, release reliability, and data integrity
- Collaborate with product, design, and clinical stakeholders
- Translate business goals into actionable plans and unblock teams
