About the Role
You will lead, coach, hire, and develop a team of seven engineers. You will own execution and roadmap delivery with Product, contribute to technical design and architecture decisions, scale the verification platform, align priorities with partner teams, and create an environment where engineers take ownership.
Requirements
- 2+ years of people-management experience leading software engineering teams
- 7+ years of software engineering experience in backend development
- Experience with distributed systems in production at scale
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of seven engineers
- Own execution and roadmap delivery with Product
- Participate in system design and architecture discussions
- Scale the verification platform by migrating checks, introducing versioning, and simplifying new checks
- Align priorities and technical direction with platform and product leaders
