About the Role
You will lead and grow an embedded operating-system engineering team, including hiring, coaching, feedback, performance management, and onboarding. You will set the technical direction and roadmap, prioritize delivery, and ensure quality and operational reliability. You will guide system design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, CI, HIL, and automated release gates. You will support hardware platform bring-up, optimize build and deployment systems, and resolve cross-functional risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow the engineering team
- Hire and onboard team members
- Own the team roadmap, resourcing, prioritization, and delivery
- Set technical direction and own technical decisions
