About the Role
You will own the path from an agent task to a healthy deployed change, including verification, rollout, monitoring, and rollback. You will build secure agent runtimes and developer interfaces, improve agent efficiency, enable access to testing and hardware environments, and recruit and lead engineers while remaining hands-on.

Responsibilities
- Own the path from an agent task to a healthy deployed change
- Build secure and reproducible agent runtimes
- Detect unauthorized agent activity across compute clusters
- Build developer interfaces and agent collaboration tooling
- Reduce token usage and retries for accepted work
- Provide agents with access to builds, tests, simulation, replay, and hardware-in-the-loop
- Improve codebase navigation, verification, environments, and local checks
- Recruit and lead engineers while remaining hands-on
- Measure delivery cost, review time, defects, and deployment health
