About the Role
You will own the robot-cell platform from firmware through application software and the hardware it runs on. You will define its roadmap and releases, develop platform capabilities hands-on, hire engineers, and support production robot fleets, provisioning, OTA updates, and device observability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience owning the layer between BSP and autonomy for production robot fleets
- Embedded Linux and BSP management
- NVIDIA Jetson and x86 platform bring-up
- Sensor integration and evaluation
- GMSL2 and PoE cameras
- Real-time Linux
- ROS 2
- DDS
- Data transport architecture
- Hardware qualification
- Containerization
- CI/CD
- OTA and fleet management
Responsibilities
- Own the cell-platform roadmap and releases
- Develop the platform across firmware, application software, and electronic hardware
- Build and operate production fleet infrastructure
- Manage OTA updates, provisioning, and device observability
- Hire and lead platform engineers
- Support internal users of the platform
