About the Role

You will manage and mentor developers, contribute production code, design reliable full-stack solutions, establish engineering practices, and partner with product, compliance, and treasury experts to deliver features.

Requirements

7+ years of software engineering experience.
Full-stack .NET and modern frontend framework experience.
Over 2 years of engineering leadership experience.
Experience shipping software amid changing requirements.
Production experience in fintech, digital assets, or blockchain.
Communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to write production code.

Responsibilities

Lead digital asset integration engineering.
Recruit, mentor, and develop full-stack engineers.
Contribute production code.
Lead a Kanban workflow and ship software daily.
Design .NET backend and Angular or React frontend solutions.
Partner with product, compliance, and treasury experts.
