About the Role
You will lead full stack engineers and subject-matter experts working on data visualization and business semantics initiatives. You will recruit and develop talent, create processes that implement product strategy, build operable software, and manage technical debt and long-term architecture decisions.
Requirements
- Experience hiring and developing talent
- Experience creating processes that increase velocity and quality
- 2+ years managing teams that build and operate systems in a SaaS environment
- 5+ years of distributed systems, platform, service, and application experience
- Experience scaling engineering teams from 5 to 20+
- Experience working with product management, customer success, and engineering teams
- Computer Science degree or related field
- Experience managing distributed teams across locations
