Enablement Manager, Global Investigators

Skills

About the Role

You will build and launch a structured Global Investigator onboarding program within 90 days using AI to accelerate content production, personalize learning paths, and instrument ramp outcomes. You will create a commercial capability playbook for Global Investigators including signal identification frameworks, customer expansion language, and opportunity handoff workflows that directly contribute to growth by converting investigator proximity into expansion pipeline. You will produce GI specific training materials at product launch cadence so investigators are ready to demonstrate new capabilities to customers from day one, using AI-assisted rapid content development. You will build a program measurement system using AI-assisted analytics that tracks ramp time, content adoption, and commercial contribution, giving Investigations and Sales leadership clear signals on field readiness. You will partner with CS and Sales to design the GI-to-AE opportunity handoff framework, reducing expansion signal drop-off and improving pipeline quality. You will serve as the connective tissue between GI leadership, PMM, Product, and Sales, ensuring every program is grounded in real field needs and aligned to go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience onboarding or enabling technical, mission-oriented, or practitioner audiences with measurable outcomes (ramp time reduction, program adoption, behavior change).
  • Direct domain experience in law enforcement, intelligence, financial crime, compliance, or adjacent mission-driven environments.
  • Proven ability to design and deploy commercial skills programs for non-sales practitioners, including signal identification frameworks and opportunity handoff workflows.
  • AI-native working style, actively integrating AI tools into content development, program analytics, and program iteration.
  • Track record of operating independently in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments without hand-holding or predefined playbooks.
  • Strong content development instincts, producing training materials that are immediately usable in the field.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable working with CS, Sales, PMM, Product, and senior leadership to gather input, align priorities, and drive program design.
