About the Role

You will scale curriculum, certification, partner enablement, developer relations, and builder-community programs. You will create developer resources, plan ecosystem events, improve reporting and operational systems, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and measure ecosystem health to improve programs.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in ecosystem operations, developer relations, community programs, partner enablement, program management, or a related function.
• Experience operating and scaling customer, partner, or developer programs.
• Experience creating developer-facing content.
• Knowledge of AI tools, AI agents, LLMs, and developer tools.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage curriculum operations, certification programs, learner journeys, platform administration, and governance.
• Coordinate programs for the global builder community.
• Drive partner enablement operations.
• Create developer-facing documentation, tutorials, videos, and technical enablement materials.
• Plan and execute ecosystem events.
• Build and improve operational systems, reporting, and processes.
• Coordinate ecosystem initiatives across functions.
• Measure ecosystem health and improve programs using insights.
