About the Role
You will lead Claude Corps from cohort launches through measurement and playbook development. You will develop workforce and talent-development partnerships, deploy AI fluency offerings, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and share replicable workforce models informed by research.
Requirements
- Experience leading large, multi-year, multi-stakeholder partnerships
- Experience in a large or fast-growing company on talent, people, HR, or early-career programs
- Experience building, deploying, or leading AI fluency, technical training, or learning programs
- Executive-level written and public communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Lead Claude Corps cohort launches, host-organization pipeline, coordination, measurement, and playbook development
- Develop and close partnerships with talent developers, workforce organizations, philanthropic partners, and public-sector partners
- Deploy AI Fluency workforce-development offerings for states and cities
- Drive adoption of AI Fluency and Claude fluency training with partners
- Coordinate with internal functions, funders, and agencies
- Use research to develop and share replicable workforce models
