About the Role
You will design and implement early-talent programs for intern and graduate pipelines. You will own global recruitment for hundreds of interns, build university partnerships, develop student-focused employer branding, and represent the organization at career fairs and campus events. You will coordinate onboarding, mentor and buddy programs, reviews, budgets, logistics, scheduling, program metrics, and feedback-driven improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in global early careers, internships, or graduate recruitment for technical roles
- Expertise in international university partnerships and global STEM campus recruitment
- Experience building inclusive and equitable intern programs
- Project management skills
- Experience tracking and analyzing program metrics
- Experience developing learning objectives and project frameworks
- Communication and stakeholder-management skills
Responsibilities
- Design and implement early-talent programs
- Own end-to-end global recruitment for interns
- Align early-careers programs with global talent needs
- Develop learning objectives and core projects for intern cohorts
- Build university and college partnerships
- Develop employer-branding strategies for student markets
- Represent the organization at career fairs and campus events
- Execute intern onboarding and orientation
- Establish mentor and buddy pairing systems
- Conduct intern progress check-ins and oversee performance reviews
- Manage the intern experience through completion and retention
- Track conversion, retention, and ROI metrics
- Analyze manager and intern feedback
- Manage budgets, logistics, and scheduling
- Iterate programs as they scale
