About the Role
You will design and manage onboarding for new hires across regions. You will improve programs and resources, prepare equipment, facilitate onboarding sessions, coordinate with stakeholders, measure outcomes, improve processes, and manage travel and accommodation logistics for new joiners.
Requirements
- Experience delivering onboarding or employee programs end to end
- Project management, organization, and communication skills
- Experience working across teams and adapting to tools and workflows
- Ability to improve processes and implement change
- Analytical approach to tracking outcomes
- Knowledge of HRIS, payroll, or similar systems
Responsibilities
- Design and manage onboarding for new hires across regions
- Develop and improve onboarding programs and resources
- Ensure equipment and resources are ready before start dates
- Organize and facilitate onboarding sessions and integration milestones
- Coordinate onboarding processes with cross-functional stakeholders
- Measure onboarding effectiveness and improve programs using data
- Identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions
- Manage travel, transportation, and accommodation logistics for new joiners
