About the Role

You will lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from defining roles and sourcing candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding. You will partner with managers on hiring priorities, improve recruitment processes, coach interviewers, represent the employer brand, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting for technology, engineering, or deeptech roles
• Advanced sourcing and talent-hunting expertise
• Structured interview methodology expertise
• Scale-up experience
• Experience using automation to manage a heavy workload
• Experience conducting more than 20 interviews per week
• Experience recruiting in demanding international and fast-growing contexts
• Fluency in French
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Build a global talent attraction strategy
• Partner with managers to define roles and recruitment priorities
• Write job descriptions and promote them on relevant platforms
• Guide managers in candidate evaluation and hiring decisions
• Negotiate offers and close candidates
• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Source talent across engineering, research, operations, and business
• Lead structured, data-driven interviews
• Design, document, and optimize recruitment processes
• Coach managers on candidate evaluation and attraction
• Represent the employer brand to candidates, universities, and tech communities
• Launch employer-brand initiatives, partnerships, and events
• Deliver an exceptional candidate journey
