About the Role

You will design and maintain training materials, user guides, operational documentation, and an AI-enabled knowledge base for a capital markets platform. You will build learning agents and notebooks, validate knowledge with specialists, develop prompt guidance, support global stakeholders, and keep training aligned with product releases and changes.

Requirements

  • Five to ten years of experience in documentation, training, knowledge management, or enablement
  • Experience structuring complex information into clear learning materials
  • Understanding of financial services or capital markets concepts
  • Practical exposure to AI agents, notebooks, and prompt design
  • Excellent written communication and instructional design skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with enterprise software platforms and operational workflows
  • Exposure to AI-assisted learning or support tools
  • Familiarity with agile or product-led delivery models

Responsibilities

  • Design, author, and maintain training materials, user guides, and operational documentation
  • Own and continuously improve the Syn Assist knowledge base
  • Build and maintain AI agents and notebooks for learning, onboarding, and self-service knowledge access
  • Capture, validate, and curate knowledge with product owners, analysts, consultants, and subject matter experts
  • Support internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions
  • Back-test AI responses with subject matter experts
  • Design and improve AI-enabled training experiences
  • Develop prompt guidance and best practices for Copilot and Rovo
  • Align documentation and training with product releases and change initiatives
  • Improve time to competency as capital markets capability grows
