About the Role

You build Hypernative’s technical training function by designing curricula, creating documentation, presentations, labs, videos, and assessments, and delivering live sessions to customers, partners, and internal teams. You adapt complex security concepts for technical and executive audiences and maintain the training program and library.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical training, curriculum design, or a similar enablement role at a B2B cybersecurity company
  • Ability to build a training program from zero
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical products clearly
  • Experience creating written documentation, slides, hands-on exercises, and videos
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

  • Design learning paths, certification tiers, and onboarding tracks
  • Create written guides, slide decks, hands-on labs, and recorded videos
  • Deliver live virtual and in-person training
  • Adapt training for technical, semi-technical, managerial, and executive audiences
  • Translate complex platform concepts into practical training content
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on new features
  • Identify customer challenges and create targeted training
  • Build feedback loops and assessments
  • Maintain a versioned training library
  • Own the training calendar and session scheduling
