About the Role

You will support Technical Project Managers on Spark modular datacenter deployment and product-development projects. You will manage document control, coordinate design reviews and meetings, track actions, budgets, costs, and procurement, and improve the systems and workflows that support high-velocity deployments.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or document control
  • Experience in a physical-world or technical industry is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with a scheduling tool such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Primavera P6
  • Experience with a project management tool, preferably Jira
  • Experience with document-control and review systems such as BlueBeam or ProCore
  • Ability to build and maintain trackers and dashboards
  • Ability to create process documentation and training
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting multiple project managers, data centers, modular infrastructure, energy deployment, construction administration, procurement, or supply-chain tracking is a bonus

  • Coordinate parallel design and submittal review processes
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings and design reviews
  • Prepare agendas and capture decisions and action items
  • Distribute follow-ups with owners and due dates
  • Maintain project cost trackers and support financial summaries
  • Coordinate project-specific procurement trackers
  • Identify coordination workflow gaps
  • Build scalable systems, automations, and templates
