About the Role

You will create and maintain administrator documentation in a Docs-as-Code environment; collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and product teams; research identity and access management products and standards; explain authorization concepts clearly; use AsciiDoc, IntelliJ, and GitHub; and anticipate documentation needs throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of technical writing experience
  • Experience documenting complex software
  • Experience with IAM applications or security products
  • Experience creating Markdown content
  • Experience managing multiple tickets while meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Experience with AI tools such as Gemini, Glean, and Claude Code
  • Ability to learn evolving features and complex software
  • Prior software development experience or exposure
  • Experience using GitHub and repositories
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar platforms
  • Understanding of technical administrator needs and workflows

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and product teams to create and maintain administrator documentation
  • Collaborate with globally distributed stakeholders
  • Deliver clear and user-friendly IAM administrator documentation
  • Research products and supporting standards
  • Translate authorization concepts into documentation
  • Use AsciiDoc, IntelliJ IDE, and GitHub in a Docs-as-Code environment
  • Follow the software development lifecycle to anticipate documentation needs
