About the Role
You will author and maintain product documentation, write onboarding guides and tutorials, create API specifications for services and SDKs, collaborate with engineers in an agile environment, and centralize information from across the organization.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- 1–3 years of experience writing technical documentation or equivalent hands-on experience gained through a computing-related degree
- Comfort writing detailed user-centric material
- Ability to learn and understand technical concepts
- Experience with version control such as Git
- Knowledge of OpenAPI or Swagger is preferred
- Experience with agile processes and Atlassian technologies such as Jira is preferred
Responsibilities
- Author and maintain product documentation
